HOW TO PUT ON & TAKE OFF: The band is a firm solid bangle design that, when open, slips over your hand onto your wrist and then you catch the loop with the hook.  You should avoid opening the bracelet and forcing around your wrist.  This will unnecessarily stress the soild wire bangle band.  Beands and embellishments roll so as the ease sliding the band from your finger tips to your wrist.
