R. Why are orders only mailed to the credit card account address?

In recent years, as you all are aware, online credit card and Identity theft has become a worldwide epidemic! Along with this unfortunate fact is the continuing war on terrorism and policies directed at cutting off the supply of weapons and explosives and other elements of war used against the U.S. and innocent civilians.  In an effort to stem the flow of credit card fraud, identify theft and the purchase of goods and services directed against America and its citizens, recent policy changes by the major credit card companies have place great restrictions upon merchants like Fire Goddess and limit the shipping privileges of buyers when purchasing online with a credit card.
The rule that is now strictly enforced requires that online orders purchased with a credit card must have a complete billing address to include destination phone number (not a cell line) and the products purchased online must be delivered to the verified address of the credit card holder.
This now means that online buyers can only receive deliveries to the address of the credit card account.  The buyer cannot use a billing address and ship to their work address and further a buyer cannot buy for a friend or family member and have the package sent to a different address other than the address of the credit card holder. 
If you wish to buy online from one address and ship to another you will have to pay by check, money order or use the options offered with a PAYPAL account and specify in the remarks/comments portion of your order the desired delivery destination.  If you only list the delivery address on PAYPAL when you make your payment the unique delivery address WILL NOT be communicated   to Fire Goddess and your order will be shipped to the billing address!
