Who can use or copy Fire Goddess Designs & Techniques?

Who is allowed to use Fire Goddess Designs? With the mass thievery of artist designs and intellectual property that exists from abroad protection of my designs is more important than ever. Furthermore as the U.S. economy has gone south in the past 4 years we are experiencing a flood of individuals who have lost employment and decide to branch out from a garage hobby into jewelry work as a means to supplemental income. We all understand that you cannot go from stringing beads on fishing line or elastic cord to designing wearable art is 10 days or less. As a result many of new flock of hobbyists resort to copying and piracy of work from established and accredited artists like Fire Goddess.

To be clear: if you buy my products or beads from me for a project you automatically earn the right to receive the design from me. You are allowed to make the design for yourself and /or another family member.   You do not have the right or permission to make any of the Fire Goddess designs for resale unless you have received written approval from me or Fire Goddess stating the same.

If you are another artist, hobbyist or exhibitor at any show or public appearance please request permission before using or teaching or re-making my designs.  Enough said. Parent Up! Play fair, be fair-do the right thing, take the moral path, and implement the responsible act.
