All orders completed on-line thru the normal ordering process will send you a confirmation e-mail. This IS THE BEST WAY TO ORDER.  In over 14 years of maintaining an online E-commerce presence we have never experienced a case of identity theft or misuse of lost credit card or online purchase.

Sales Tax

We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within our state of GA. Sales Tax rates are subject to change as congress and the mindless in Washington, DC are always trying to tax you and me a little more to slowly take complete control of your life and mine.

TERMS FOR ALL ORDERS:

Sorry we no longer generally accept personal or business checks for purchase!  The reckless acts of a few spoil it for all of us!!!
Any payment that is issued or approved by a customer that is later determined to be NSF on a check payment or reversed on a credit charge is subject to a $55.00 account process fee per transaction. Check issued for payment out of the State of Georgia are subject to an additional fee of $15.00 for every posted transaction in the Fire Goddess general account that the deliNquent, NSF or incur reversed credit card charge impacts or issuing bank research fees.

Full payment must be received prior to shipment of your order. Customers wishing to expedite delivery of orders once complete can maintain a MasterCard, American Express, Visa (and others) credit card account on file and we will charge the account any balance due at the time the order is shipped.  For Credit Card payments we can only ship to the address of the card holder which must be the same as the billing address.

Any merchant charges for research fees or statement duplication fees assessed against Fire Goddess on your purchase that ultimately is ruled a legitimate and authorized use of the card account will be charged to the customer initiating the claim or research request. These fees can exceed $75.00 per charge investigation so conduct your charge investigations carefully and avoid these abusive charges!

Shipping Cost

FOR ORDERS PURCHASED WITH CREDIT CARD WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS OF THE CARD HOLDER WHICH MUST BE THE SAME ADDRESS AS THE BILLING ADDRESS.

On almost all domestic glass bead orders, components and jewelry orders our shipping & handling charge is a flat fee of $7.50.  Rate will vary depending on your location, zip code and if the delivery address is a business address or residential. We are always looking out for special shipping options but they normally are only available for a short period of time so this option when available.

On larger orders (measured by weight, greater than 2 lbs) and overseas orders, shipping and handling will be greater based on UPS shipping scale and import/export fees. Please call or e-mail the Fire Goddess prior to placing your overseas order so we can tell your exact shipping and handling charges.

Orders from outside the continental U.S. will shipped by a method allowed by the receiving country at the best price we can arrange as one of  your shipping options.  Customers have the option to choose different  delivery methods each priced directly by the provider of the delivery service.  Not all services offered provide insurance protection.  If  you choose a low rate shipment to your Country it mostly likely DOES NOT provided for insurance protection and you are solely, expressly, and completely responsible for all uninsured shipments that are lost or damanged in shipment!  If your order is large enough to earn our FREE rate shipping-This shipping option also does not include a quick delivery service and DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE so, as previously mentioned,  you-as the customer-are completely responsible for lost, stolen, damanged or delayed orders shipped under the FREE shipping option!
ALL CUSTOMERS FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S. ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL  DUTIES, TARRIFFS, TAXES, BROKERS FEES, CURRIER FEES AND ANY ADDITIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE ADD-ON FEES ASSIGNED ONCE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED BY DESTINATION CUSTOMS AND IN-COUNTRY DELIVERY SERVICE.
Almost all parts of Canada are a flat rate of $11.50 US.  Overseas clients can select the delivery method that they wish as long as the service delivers to your country! 
We currently have a special shipping rate to United Kingdom for only $5.40 US and the delivery method is Flat Rate First Class Mail-International Parcel.  The very low cost Flat rate is shipped via Flat Rate First Class Mail-International Parcel and the cost will range from $4.00US to $6.00US.  This rate does NOT provide for insurance or verification of delivery and the customer is solely, expressly, and completely responsible for the delivery if lost or damaged while in shipment. If you select the least expensive method of shipment that DOES NOT include loss or damage insurance that you accept full responsibility for the shipment.  Any replacement for a lost or damanged purchase send via the flat rate Flat Rate First Class Mail-International Parcel or low discount rate will require full payment and purchase of a new order and shipping.  If you are concerned about your order and shipments to your Country often incur loss or damage then request and purchase a shipment rate that incudes insurance and some kind of guarantee of delivery. Shipment times to United Kingdom, Canada, South America, Central America, and Mexico vary greatly.  We track only into the hands of the receiving country's customs officials and on average that takes approximately 10-21 days for the low flat rate service.  We are not responsible for hold times with you Countries Customs or any additional Tariffs or customs taxes impose by YOUR  Country.  Delivery to Europe varies greatly.  We have experienced very short delivery time to FRANCE but Poland,  Norway and Spain have very long delivery times from the US and extremely long hold times in Customs. 

For US and some deliveries to Canada you can expect your product to be shipped within 5-7 days for Rhodium, Pewter and link orders under normal demand periods. When ordering lampworked beads, beads sets and focals orders can take as long as 3 weeks to ship. We will work to ship anywhere in the world but please remember that international shipping fees are substantially higher than fees for the U.S and Canada. The delivery address must match the address on your Credit Card Statement. All deliveries will require a signature.

Our Return/Exchange Policy

When you receive an order, take a look at it. If you are not pleased you may return your purchase within 7 days with receipt or proof of purchase and your money will be returned (less shipping and handling) without question assuming the items are in serviceable condition.All return require a Return Authorization number.  Call to receive this accounting number prior to shipping:  (404) 840-0741. 
No refunds on custom made jewelry, House of Night jewelry or custom made beads or special order products. All returns of silver findings, links, and jumprings and all the jewelry-grade pewter beads must be unused and untarnished and in "as shipped" condition and in same packaging and are subject to a 17% re-stocking fee.
In consideration for the unique nature and varied sizing and rustic characteristics of the recovered and recycled glass products, the sale of any or all  beach glass/costal glass or recycled glass are considered final after 21 days.  If you need to exchange recovered/recycled glass items you may do so at any of our show appearances around the country.  (BEACH GLASS AND RECYCLED GLASS IS FRAGILE AND CAN BE DANGEROUS IN THE HANDS OF LITTLE CHILDERN AND ADULTS WHO ACTED LIKE LITTLE CHILDERN.  GLASS CAN BREAK-FORM A SHARP EDGE AND CUT YOU!  IF YOU TREAT IT LIKE STEEL OR METAL-IT WILL BREAK! IF YOU BREAK IT IT CAN CUT YOU!  YOU PURCHASE THE GLASS AT YOUR OWN RISK!  ACT LIKE AN ADULT-TAKE RESPONSIBILITY LIKE AN ADULT!  DO NOT GIVE TO LITLE CHILDERN BELOW THE AGE OF 12. )

All show sales are final and we do not honor a return policy on items physically displayed and purchased at any physical appearance made by Fire Goddess. If a return credit arrangement is negotiated the purchased amount is subject to adjustment by a 25% restocking and return fee.

(Products must be returned undamaged and in the same condition as when sold. Shipping costs and condition as a result of shipping and handling is your responsibility. If a return order is damaged or lost in transit, it is the customer's responsibility for claims research, filing and collections. 
We do not honor replacement or refunds on items ship to countries other than the US nor do we provide replacement or refunds on items lost in transit to other countries other than the US if insurance was not purchased along with the order)

Both documents must be mail and received at the office of the Fire Goddess immediately following your order.
